Okay, I recently posted my Cauliflower Crust Cheesy Bread. Here is a delicious variation of that. This will change your life. Cauliflower Crust Pizza is not only delicious, it is gluten free, low carb and can actually be made dairy free by using a DF cheese, like Daiya or whatever you generally use. I used Pepperoni and Cheese for this one, but you can use anything you like. I think we will try a Mediterranean style next.
- Make 1 Cauliflower Crust Cheesy Bread and on step 8 in the recipe, top with a sauce (tomato based, ranch, alfredo), your cheese and topping choices
- Place back in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting
